Vacation Leave
Employees accrue vacation hours based on the below schedule
| Years of Service | Vacation Accrual |
| 0 – 5 years | 8 hours/month |
| 6 – 10 years | 10 hours/month |
| 10 – 15 years | 12 hours/month |
| 15 – 20 years | 14 hours/month |
| 20+ years | 16 hours/month |
Sick Leave
Employees accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave per month.
Personal Leave
Employees accrue four (4) days per year at a rate of 8 hours on September 1, November 1, February 1 and April 1.
Paid Holidays
Oklahoma City Community College employees receive the following paid holidays each year:
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Presidents Day
- Five (5) working days at Spring Break
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Break — From the Monday before Thanksgiving Day to the Friday after Thanksgiving
- Winter Break — All weekdays beginning December 24 through January 1
