The Office of Admissions, Graduation and Records will be closed, Friday, May 23, 2025-May 26, 2025. We will re-open at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. If you need assistance, please e-mail arg@occc.edu and your e-mail will be answered on May 27th.

- Request an OCCC transcript (official and/or unofficial)
- Student ID cards
- Parking permits
- Certified schedules
- Enrollment verifications (Can be submitted once logged into the student portal)
- Name change
- Social Security Number change
- Address change
All students who need to turn in a transcript from another institution or high school must turn it in at the Office of Records and Graduation.
