Reservations of indoor facilities by the public should be made with as much advance notice as possible to OCCC to allow for execution of contracts, provision of insurance requirements, and other steps prior to the event; reservations may be rejected if insufficient time exists to complete these steps.
Most outdoor events do not require notice to OCCC, but such notification is preferred so that OCCC may ensure the event is not in conflict with other requests, that the space can accommodate the request, and that the event will not disrupt OCCC’s educational mission. Outdoor events that require structures and/or sound systems or amplification do require at least three (3) Business Days’ notice in advance.
Outside entities may be required to pay rental fees for use of OCCC facilities.
