UltiPro Updates
Dear Colleagues,
Our new UltiPro Time and Attendance solution will be available to all employees very soon. Delivered through UltiPro®, online portal access is currently available for preview to all employees. Employees will begin entering time and hours worked in the UltiPro system for the pay cycle beginning February 9, 2020. Please note that employees will be required to also continue to enter hours in Colleague until notified otherwise. This will help ensure continuity of pay through the testing period. Additional information is coming soon regarding the transition.
Training for entering and approving time begins next week.
When you begin using the UltiPro portal, you’ll quickly notice that the solution is quite intuitive to use. Once you log in, you can navigate quickly and easily. UltiPro will help improve our communications as well as provide you with faster and efficient HR services.
If you have any questions, please contact Tarnya Brooks at 405.682.750 or via email: tbrooks@occc.edu.

Benefits
OCCC Employee Wellness Points Program
The Wellness Point system was designed to encourage and reward preventive healthcare measures and promote wellness for OCCC employees. Through voluntary participation, employees are eligible for a partial or full premium waiver. The program runs from July 1 to June 30. It allows employees to mitigate the cost of their medical insurance premiums. Employees are not required to participate nor does failure to participate exclude them from full coverage under any OCCC group medical plans.
Employees who voluntarily participate in this program are required to earn six (6) points between July 1 until May 8, 2020. Each criteria point is worth $26.67. The total cost, should an employee choose not to participate or earn six (6) points, will be $160 per month. This totals $1,920 per year in medical premiums. Any health plan participant with a medical condition that prevents participation in the program should contact HR Benefits.
There are a variety of ways you can earn your six (6) points. Click here to view ways in which you can earn points. The Spring Employee Health Fair, which is a great way to earn points, is March 24- 26, 2020 in College Union rooms 1-3. Please email the HR Benefits team with any questions.
