Employees who are affected by COVID-19 should complete the COVID-19 Reporting Form under Campus Links on the Portal.

Student Financial Responsibility

For every semester you want to register for classes at OCCC, you will need to read and sign the Student Financial Responsibility Form. 

Step 1:

  • Go to
  • Click on Login and then click MyOCCC Portal.

  • To Login: Your username will be:
  • middleinitial.lastname or firstname.lastname
  • Your password will be: last 6 digits of your SSN. (unless changed)

Your name will be displayed in the top right hand corner of the screen.

  • Click on where it says “MineOnline” that is in the middle of the page.
  • Then click on ‘MineOnline for Students”

  • Click on Financial Information
  • Then Click on “Financial Responsibility”

You then will get redirected to a new screen with the form.

  • Select the term you are filling the form out for. Please note this will need to be filled out for each term you are registering for (i.e. Summer 2017 and Fall 2017)

  • Once you have read through everything, please click the “Check this Box” Box.
