Logging into Moodle
You can log into Moodle using your OCCC credentials at online.occc.edu. If you are unable to log into your Moodle or OCCC student email/Office 365 account, please contact the ITS Help Desk at (405) 682-1611, ext. 7777. If you get to the ITS voicemail menu, make sure to press “3” to reset your account password and leave a message.

For technical assistance with Moodle, please contact the Center for Learning & Teaching (CLT) at CLT@occc.edu or 405.682.7838 or 405.682.7574.
- CLT Hours: Mon-Fri. 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- The CLT provides technical assistance for all of the following platforms for students: Moodle, the Open LMS app, McGraw-Hill Connect, Cengage, VoiceThread, Ally, H5P, Proctorio, Flip/Flipgrid, & Zoom.
- Please note that we can only communicate course and account-specific information to you through your OCCC student email account.

Contacting Your Instructor
If you are having trouble accessing course materials due to deadlines or other issues, if you have had a technical issue during an exam or quiz, or if you are having some other issue in Moodle related to accessing coursework or your grade, you will need to contact your instructor as well as Moodle Technical Support. Your instructor may be able to resolve your issue or may have additional information for you. Instructions for contacting your instructor can be found here.
