Unable to log into Moodle?
If you are unable to log into your Moodle account, OCCC portal, or student email/Office 365 account, please contact the ITS Help Desk at (405) 682-7777 (choose option #3 for login help if you get to voicemail) or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Available 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday and 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on Fridays.
Quick Tip: If you are trying to log into Moodle through the OCCC portal and are having difficulty, go directly to OCCC's Moodle site instead either through this link or by clicking on the Moodle icon on the OCCC website.

Have you contacted your instructor?
If you are having trouble accessing course materials due to deadlines or other issues, if you have had a technical issue during an exam or quiz, or if you are having some other issue in Moodle related to accessing coursework or your grade, you will need to contact your instructor as well as Moodle Technical Support. Your instructor may be able to resolve your issue or may have additional information for you. Instructions for contacting your instructor can be found here.
