Welcome to OCCC
We are so excited that you have chosen to start your college career with us! Whether you are entering college straight from high school or you’ve taken a break in between it doesn’t matter! We are here to serve you and to make sure that you get the most out of your college experience.
There is always a lot to see and learn when you start out on a journey. Therefore, the New Student Orientation (NSO) has been created to make the road to academic excellence a smooth transition. We want to empower you with the tools you need to succeed at the college level! So get ready, you are about to embark on the journey of a lifetime.
Advising
Oklahoma City Community College’s Office of Student Success Advising is here to assist students in the development of meaningful educational plans and to enhance their overall educational experiences through individualized academic advising. Our Student Success Advisors can assist students in choosing well-suited academic, career, and life goals.
OCCC is pleased to announce that current students can now use, at no cost to them, additional products from the Microsoft Office Suite. Called the Office 365 Student Advantage, it’s available right now!

Accessibility
The goal in Student Accessibility and Support (SAS) at Oklahoma City Community College is to provide exceptional service and resources that promote personal growth and educational success. Please contact us at 405-682-7520 for assistance or for any questions.
Assessment
Assessment Services administers tests including, but not limited to, the following: PEARSON VUE Certification Exams, National and Residual ACT Exam, Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS). Testing and Assessment also provides High School Equivalency testing in both GED and HiSET.
Concurrent Enrollment
Concurrent enrollment is open to incoming high school juniors and seniors. Students can enroll in courses at OCCC, which allows them to earn high school and college credit at the same time, saving both time and money.
International Students
At OCCC international students are able to secure a valuable Associates degree that is affordable, transferable and allows employment in the United States after completion of their degree while remaining in good immigration status.
Virtual Learning
TRIO Programs
Student Support Services is a federal TRIO program designed to promote student success and improve academic performance for qualified students at OCCC and prepare them to transfer to a four year college or university.
