Teaches basic literacy skills to adults, computer assisted literacy skills study and tutoring. CLC has many times available for classes, during the day and also at night. Night classes are held twice a week for two hours. Classes are held at many places in Oklahoma City. All of our classes are free of charge. Call for class information and schedules

Literacy and English classes. Must be assessed and evaluated as being appropriate for program tutoring capabilities. Must have basic spoken English skills. Oklahoma and Logan counties. Students served from all over the metro area. Call the office for evaluation.

Promotes adult literacy by training volunteer tutors to work one-on-one with adult learners. Classes held in public libraries. A literacy outreach program serves the Department of Corrections, City Rescue Mission, Redrock Behavioral Clinic and Opportunities Industrialization Center. All training and students materials are free.

  • New Readers Book Club - A monthly reading and conversation group for all ESL and Literacy students and tutors
  • Materials and Resources - All learning materials print and non-print, are provided free of charge.
