New Vendor Registration
New vendors are encouraged to complete a vendor registration form and IRS W-9. Completion of the forms ensures that your company will be registered as a vendor with the college. It does not guarantee that your company will be contacted for purchases needing a quote or bid. Vendor registration forms should be faxed to Purchasing at (405) 682-7568.

Tax-exempt Status
Oklahoma City Community College is exempt from all taxes (sales, use and income) as provided in Section 1356(1), Title 68, Oklahoma Statutes 2001. Oklahoma Sales Tax Exemption Permit may be obtained by contacting a Purchasing Department representative.
Open Records Requests
As a State Agency, Oklahoma City Community College is subject to the Open Records Act as set in Title 51, Section 24 of the Oklahoma State Statutes.
