OCCC has teamed up with SafeColleges to provide training on what to do if you observe, are the victim or encounter discriminatory, bullying or harassing behavior. OCCC students and employees are required to complete Compliance training each year.

Mandatory Training for OCCC Students

- Bystander Intervention for Students (Full Course)
- Title IX Rights and Protections (Full Course)

Additional safety training for the 3rd and 4th Quarter, such as Run, Hide, Fight Active Shooter; Workplace Injury Prevention; Coronavirus 101- What You Need to Know; Sexual Violence Awareness for Employees (Campus SaVE Act), etc.

Employees who have Campus Security Authorities (CSAs) play an important role in helping make our campus a safe place for students and employees. Compliance training is completed each year.
