Facilities Management's Material Control Division provides the institute the support function of:

• Shipping & Receiving,
• Mail Services
• Motor Pool
• Maintaining the stocking of the perpetual supplies that is used by the Facilities Management Department.
• Maintaining the College's equipment inventory records.
• Providing storage of archived records.
• Surplus property (current auctions)
• Disposal of surplus property.
