World Languages and Cultures Center Coordinator Chiaki Troutman holds a Master of Arts degree in TESOL. She has over ten years of English as a Foreign Language teaching experience in her home country of Japan. She came to OCCC in 2008 when the Center was created and has enjoyed working with OCCC students and community members.
