The Bobby G. Gaines High School Equivalency Waiver Program is available to students who have earned their State of Oklahoma recognized High School equivalency Diploma (GED, HiSet, or TASC) and who completed Oklahoma City Community College’s Preparation Program. Students must be enrolled in 12 hours a semester to receive a $900.00 tuition waiver per year. Students are responsible for fees and books.
Students must submit the application by February 1, 2023. Students must enter OCCC within three years of receiving the GED, HiSet or TASC. Only U.S. citizens and permanent residents are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

- Students must be enrolled in 12 hours a semester to get up to $900.00 ($450 fall & spring) tuition waiver
