Are you interested in learning about best management practices for implementing the Lean and Six Sigma initiatives? Join other professionals for a light breakfast at Oklahoma City Community College’s (OCCC) Professional Development Institute (PDI) Tuesday, Feb. 16, from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
The Lean and Six Sigma methodologies help reduce waste and eliminate errors in the production process. During the breakfast, an expert panel of local executives will discuss how to best support these methodologies, how to establish a culture that leverages the power of Lean and Six Sigma, and how to sustain your efforts. Case studies will be examined to demonstrate how other organizations have utilized the methodologies.
