Friendship is unnecessary, like philosophy, like art… It has no survival value; rather it is one of those things that give value to survival. – C.S. Lewis
Being an artist is a fairly solitary existence. Most days are spent alone in the studio pondering ideas and honing one’s skills. However, on rare occasions, whit the energy is right, something magical happens and a creative community evolves. Quatro is a show that focuses on the friendship of four Oklahoma artists and how creative benefits lie within the bonds of friendship.
Quatro features the art of Carolyn (Caroline) J. Farris, George Wilson, Cynthia Couch Rodriguez, José Luis Rodriguez.
Opening Reception, Thursday, August 25, 2016, 5:30 – 8:00 p.m.
