Troubleshooting
Several users have reported issues with logging in. Closing your internet browser (all windows and tabs) should resolve the issue. Please follow the instructions below for the internet browser you use if you are still experiencing issues:
Google Chrome:
Launch Google Chrome and click on the ‘Menu’ button in the upper right corner and then click on ‘Settings’.
Scroll down the page and click on ‘Advanced Settings’.
Under the ‘Privacy and Security’ section, click on ‘Content Settings’.
Select ‘Cookies’ and then select ‘See all cookies and site data’.
Search for ‘occc’ with the search bar on the cookies and site data page.
Now click on the ‘remove’ button (trash can) for the sites listed after searching for occc.
Restart your browser and try to login again.

Firefox:
Launch Firefox and click on the ‘Menu’ button in the upper right corner and then click on ‘Options’.
Select ‘Privacy & Security’ and go to the ‘Cookies and Site Data’ section.
Click the ‘Manage Data’ option under cookies and site data.
Search for ‘occc’ and remove the sites shown after your search.
Restart your browser and try to login again.

Internet Explorer:
Launch Internet Explorer and click on ‘Settings’ in the upper right corner.
Click on ‘Internet Options’.
Click on the ‘Delete…’ button under ‘Browsing History’ on the internet options page.
Uncheck all of the options on the ‘Delete Browsing History’ popup, except for ‘Preserve favorite website data’ and the ‘Cookies and website data’ options.
Click on ‘Delete’.
Restart your browser and try to login again.

Apple Safari:
Launch Safari and click on Safari in the menu bar and then click on 'Preferences'.
Select 'Privacy' and then click 'Manage Website Data...'.
Search for 'occc' and then click 'Remove'.
Restart your browser and try to login again.
