New Vendor Registration

New vendors are encouraged to complete a vendor registration form and IRS W-9. Completion of the forms ensures that your company will be registered as a vendor with the college. It does not guarantee that your company will be contacted for purchases needing a quote or bid. Vendor registration forms should be faxed to Purchasing at 405-682-7568 or emailed to purchasing@occc.edu.

Tax Exempt Form

Oklahoma City Community College is exempt from all taxes (sales, use and income) as provided in Section 1356(1), Title 68, Oklahoma Statutes 2001.
