Reach Higher is Oklahoma’s degree completion program designed for adults who started college but haven’t finished. OCCC offers flexible degree options to help students reach their goals.

How to Get Started
To qualify for Reach Higher, students must apply to OCCC and enroll in at least three credit hours per semester.
Who Qualifies?
- Oklahoma residents
- Must have 45 or fewer credit hours remaining for an eligible degree
- Must be enrolled in at least 3 credit hours per semester (Preference for 6+ credit hours)
- Maintain a 2.0 GPA or meet specific program requirements

Meet with an Advisor
Once admitted, students will work with an advisor to create a personalized degree plan and register for classes.
Finish Line Scholarship
Did you know that you can get help to pay for college?
The Finish Line Scholarship (FLS) helps eligible students cover tuition costs, regardless of income. After you’ve applied to OCCC and are enrolled in at least three (3) credit hours, you are eligible to sign up for the Finish Line Scholarship.
Award Amount
- Minimum $500 or the lesser amount owed to OCCC for the semester
- Can be awarded multiple semesters (students must reapply each term)
Application Deadlines:
- Fall: Second Friday in October
- Spring: Second Friday in March
- Summer: Last Friday in May
