Course Design/Teaching and Learning Support
| Syllabus Guidelines/Accessible Template | Make sure to have an accessible/ADA-compliant syllabus, and review the syllabus requirements for your division. |
| Class Code List | Learn how to read a course code using the latest terms from the Registrar’s Office to know the course modality (ex. in-person, hybrid, asynchronous, etc.) and term (ex. fast track, Summer, Spring, etc.) for all your courses. Contact your division office for further assistance. |
| Online Instructor Training and Hybrid Instructor Training | All instructors are required to take both online and hybrid instructor training with OCCC. For any questions, please contact the Center for Learning and Teaching at clt@occc.edu or (405) 682-7838. |

Moodle Support
| Moodle Account | After you have been assigned a course by your division, a Moodle account will be created for you automatically. Contact the CLT if your account does not get created. |
| Moodle Orientation for Faculty & Moodle Resources | All faculty members are enrolled in the Moodle orientation course to provide an overview of how to use our LMS, and we have many Moodle resources available. Please reach out to the CLT if you need any help. |
| Moodle Support for Students | Have students who are new to Moodle? Find great resources to help get them started, and have them contact the CLT for assistance. |
| Technology Resources and Third-Party Software/Publisher Integrations in Moodle Courses | Learn how to use Turnitin, Zoom, and Ally. It’s also important to know how to integrate third-party software into your Moodle course, such as McGraw-Hill’s Connect, Cengage, Proctorio, etc. The CLT can help with this process. |
Zoom and Zoom Room Support
| Learning Our Zoom Room Technology | Many of OCCC’s classrooms use Zoom room technology, and the CLT offers training for both faculty and staff on how to use this equipment and also how to engage students with it. Contact the CLT to set up a training session. |
