Thank you for your interest in free speech events at Oklahoma City Community College. To begin your request, click here. Request are subject to OCCC's Free Speech on Campus policy.
Reservations for indoor facilities or outdoor spaces by the public must be submitted at least five (5) college business days in advance to allow sufficient time for contract execution, verification of insurance requirements, and completion of other necessary pre-event procedures. Requests may be denied if there is insufficient time to process the reservation.
All requested events — whether indoor or outdoor — must not conflict with previously approved reservations and must not interfere with OCCC’s educational mission.
Outside entities may be required to pay rental fees for use of OCCC facilities.

Free Speech Compliance Reports
File a Free Speech Complaint
Any individual who believes that Oklahoma City Community College has violated their own free speech or expressive rights, or the free speech or expressive rights of another member of the College community, may submit a complaint to the Oklahoma State Regents of Higher Education Free Speech Committee. The Committee will review complaints and make any recommendations directly to the institution. While not required, potential complainants are encouraged to first take advantage of the College's internal grievance process before filing a complaint with the Committee. Complaints may be submitted through the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education Free Speech Violation Complaint Form.
