About
Professor Daniel Bakewell has served in multiple capacities at OCCC for over 20 years,
starting as an adjunct professor in 2005, working as a Math lab Assistant for nearly
5 years, and now serving as a Professor of Mathematics in his current role. Daniel
has a passion for teaching students and exploring new ways to help in this endeavor.
Professor Bakewell enjoys teaching all types of Math courses and the diverse population
of OCCC students, and he is currently spending time helping and working with Statistics
and Calculus students.
When Professor Bakewell is not helping OCCC students, he is enjoying his time keeping
up with his two sons, spending time in the great outdoors, or painting the occasional
oil painting.
