Setting Goals and Staying Motivated

We all know that we should have goals, but many of us fail to spend time thinking about them and writing them down.  It is important to have goals so that you have something that you are working toward.  It may be a degree, losing weight, paying off bills, or learning how to do something new.  No matter what you want your end result to be, you won’t get there without a goal. Once you have goals, you may find that it is hard to stick with them.  That’s where motivation comes in.  Watch these videos to learn how to set goals and stay motivated so that you can work to achieve them!
