OCCC’s campus will remain open so students can access core services in person, including free WiFi, huddle stations, library, computers and labs. Some hands-on courses will continue to have on-campus instruction. Faculty will be available to you on-campus. Most classes scheduled for Fall will be conducted online.

Single Parent Academic Resources Collaborative (SPARC)

PURPOSE: To support single parents in locating and utilizing resources to make positive changes in their lives through empowerment and education.


Through a generous grant from the Women’s Foundation of Oklahoma, the SPARC Program of OCCC is here to support single parents realizing their educational dream.

boySPARC is committed to helping single parents obtain a GED, complete a Certificate of Mastery or obtain a degree at OCCC.

Parents who participate in the SPARC Program will be empowered through information for available resources that will provide emotional and educational support as they balance school, work and family schedules.
