Why did you choose to study at OCCC?

I’m just getting my feet wet; I’m still deciding on what I want to do as far as a career goes. The classes here affordable, the instructors have been great and so far, I’ve enjoyed it.

What do you like best about your classes?

One of my favorite classes last semester was psychology. It was an interesting class and the instructor also made it fun. We worked hard, but the class was somewhat relaxed – I liked that.

Is OCCC what you expected?

OCCC is more than I expected. Since high school, I’ve had to hold down a job, and I’ve found that OCCC is very convenient for the working student.

Would you recommend OCCC to friends and if so, why?

Yes – especially if you’re looking to accomplish your basic courses, learn from really good instructors and go to college on your own dime. OCCC takes away a lot of the financial burden -now that it’s on your shoulders rather than your parents.

What advice would you offer to friends who are planning to enroll at OCCC?

Give it a shot. I think you’ll be impressed.
