Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC) offers two College for Kids programs that provide fun, educational activities for metro kids all summer long. Both are now open for enrollment.
College for Kids at the OCCC Capitol Hill Center (CHC)
College for Kids at the OCCC Capitol Hill Center, located at 325 SW 25thStreet, is designed for students entering 3rd – 8th grade and lasts from June 4th – 29th and July 9th – 20th. It is a dynamic, fun and enriching cultural program with class sizes limited to 20 students. Classes include science, technology, engineering, art, math and more.
This program is sponsored in collaboration with Oklahoma City Public Schools (OKCPS). Therefore, OKCPS students are welcome to participate at $10 per week per student. College for Kids at the CHC teachers are all English Language Learner (ELL) teachers and able to serve Spanish-speaking students and their families. Although the program is geared toward OKCPS students, all are welcome and other participants pay a fee of $25 per week to attend. Registration is now open.

College for Kids at the Family and Community Education (FACE) Center
College for Kids at the FACE Center, located at 6500 S. Land Avenue, is designed for students entering 1st – 8th grade. The academic enrichment program consists mostly of one-week classes taught by qualified instructors. College for Kids runs from June 4th through July 27th. Before care, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., and aftercare, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. are also available for students.
Classes include science, technology, engineering, art, math, music, dance, language, culture, theater and much more. College for Kids at the FACE Center partners with OSU’s Insect Adventure, the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, New Leash on Life, The Sam Noble Museum and more.
