When you arrive to campus go directly to Admissions and Recruitment. You will be given a checklist of where you
need to go to get enrolled and what you need to do to get your SEVIS Record registered.

If this is your first time in the USA as a student, you will need to visit the Testing Center to do a placement test.

After testing, proceed to the Academic Advising Office for assistance with the enrollment process. Once you have
enrolled for the semester you will then go online and check-in. Within 10 days of checking in you will receive
a new I-20 for continued attendance at OCCC.

Please note: You must have a new, CONTINUED I-20 within 30 days of school beginning.

Aside from checking in online you will also have to attend a mandatory International Orientation. This orientation will go over your requirements as an F-1 student. Failing to attend this orientation will stop you from enrolling in the next semester and will prevent OCCC from registering your SEVIS record.
