OCCC Certificate Programs and Gainful Employment Disclosures

Oklahoma City Community College offers a wide variety of certificate programs. Coursework taken as part of a certificate program will apply toward course requirements for an associate degree in the same program.

  • Occupations: In the occupations section, you will find a link with information about the occupation and the certificate program that interests you. You can find more information at the following link: http://www.onetonline.org/
  • Program Costs: Costs vary among the certificate programs based on the number of credit hours in the program and books and supplies. These direct costs will be charged to you by the College. Information provided is based on entire program costs.

Oklahoma City Community College is a commuter campus, and you should plan for costs to travel to and from campus. All students are encouraged to seek financial assistance for helping with costs. By filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), you will be able to access assistance for which you may qualify. By taking the opportunity to file the FAFSA, the net costs to you in working toward a certificate or degree may be reduced significantly, making your college education affordable.


On-time Completion Rates: Information about the length of a program and the normal amount of time to complete the program is provided. Some students attend on a part-time basis, which will naturally extend the time for completion.


Median Loan Debt: Students may need to borrow from the Federal Direct Loan Program in order to help pay for costs to earn the certificate. Information is provided on the median loan debt of students who have borrowed to attend your program of interest.
