Name and Address Changes
Name and address changes may be submitted in person or in writing to the Records and
Graduation Office. Name changes require verifying documentation, such as a marriage
license, divorce decree or driver’s license. Additionally, address changes may be
requested through My OCCC student portal by going to the Address Change option listed.
Please know that any communication from the college that is mailed to the name and
address on record is considered to have been properly delivered and, therefore, it
is the student’s responsibility to ensure the most current name and address has been
submitted to the Records and Graduation Office.
