Candie McKee

Dr. Candie McKee completed her Ph.D. at the Oklahoma State University in Technical Communication and Linguistics after receiving her B.A. in English and an M.A. in Traditional Literature from the University of Central Oklahoma. Her research focuses on helping students transfer knowledge from course to course, as well as to future career and academic goals.  For more than 18 years Dr. McKee has taught Composition, Technical Writing, Dissemination of Technical Information, Mythology, and Introduction to Literature. She has more than 23 years working as an instructional designer and technical communicator. At heart, she’s a teacher and lives by the life goal of “Never do anything that doesn’t positively impact as many people as possible.”
