This course is designed for students who intend to enroll in Math 1533 but whose placement indicates a need to spend more time on the topics presented in the course. Topics include those that are in support of the material covered in Math 1533 - conic sections, systems of equations (both linear and nonlinear), and a general discussion of functions with emphasis on polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic functions. This is a co-requisite lab course designed with additional support and time for the topics presented in Math 1533.
