This course is designed for students who intend to enroll in Math 1483 but whose placement indicates a need to spend more time on the topics presented in the course. Topics include those that are in support of the material covered in Math 1483: general understanding and use of polynomial, rational, exponential and logarithmic functions; the ability to solve systems of equations by utilizing matrices and determinants; and, the ability to solve practical problems using algebraic and digital techniques. This is a co-requisite lab course designed with additional support and time for the topics presented in Math 1483.
