Students will learn how to install, configure and support Microsoft Office applications running in a Microsoft Windows environment. Real-world examples and interactive activities are used to reinforce the following key concepts: configuring Internet Explorer and Outlook Express; resolving issues related to customizing Office Application; migrating from Outlook Express to Outlook; identifying and troubleshooting network problems; configuring Office security settings; and monitoring security vulnerabilities and updates.
