Course Description
Designed to accompany Organic Chemistry I lecture, this lab course emphasizes techniques used for purifying and characterizing organic compounds, including infrared spectroscopy. Writing lab reports is an integral part of the course.
Prerequisites
Concurrent enrollment in CHEM 2114 or completion of CHEM 2114 with a “C” or better
