Comparative Vertebrate Anatomy

Course Description
Through an investigation of early development, phylogeny and anatomical characteristics of various vertebrate species, the student will identify and contrast vertebrate morphology and discuss its evolutionary significance. Laboratory work which requires dissection is an integral and required part of the course.
