This is a 4-week online wellness challenge in which you will be accountable only to yourself. Each week, we will list suggestions for seven Dimensions of Wellness: Physical, Healthy Eating, Emotional Health, Social, Intellectual, Occupational/Financial, and Environmental. Every aspect of wellness can affect a person’s life. These Dimensions are interrelated and important to our wellbeing. You can do these activities on a weekly basis and build each week or you can incorporate them together from the beginning. Do not be discouraged if you don’t meet all the objectives every day. Life is about finding balance. Just pick up where you left off the next day!
Establishing new, better habits that support our wellness goals and values can be challenging, but worth it. Developing healthier routines and habits in our lives can lead to positive feelings (emotional), relationship satisfaction (social), increased energy (physical), inspiration (emotional), and a feeling that we are using our creative talents, skills, and abilities to engage in activities (occupational, intellectual, spiritual)

Two Fitbits will be awarded by raffle for participation. Only Current students are eligible to win and must complete the pre and post Wellness Challenge survey.
