Strategic Planning Website
Every year, members of Oklahoma City Community College's (OCCC) management team and the Board of Regents updates the college's Institutional Plan. The plan includes the college's statements of purpose; its strategies, objectives and outcomes; and the principles by which it intends to allocate resources and create its budget.
This website was created to provide easy access for those who want to learn more about the college's guiding principles and plans for the future. We have included four documents:
- A document outlining Oklahoma City Community College's Vision of the Future. Approved in 2003 by the OCCC's Board of Regents, the Vision is a set of eight initiatives designed to expand the college's instructional capacity and better serve the local community during the next ten years. The Vision is a significant driver for the college's planning activities. An update was developed in January 2004.
- A copy of the OCCC's Fiscal Year 2007 Institutional Plan.
- Where definition of the various planning terms is not self - evident, we have also included a brief list of planning terminology with definitions.
