All telecourse pages are best viewed using Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player.
Note: Before attempting to download and install the required software, be sure that you close all open programs. Also, be sure to restart your computer after the installation.
Normally a download involves 2 parts; the download, and the installation. The trick to downloading a program is remembering where the program has put the downloaded file or choosing where you save your download. The easiest place to save the install file is on the desktop.
Once the download is complete, find it and click on the icon to install the program
Note: Some programs give you the option to “open” the downloaded file instead of “saving” it, this option consolidates the two actions into one step. “Open”, downloads the file and automatically initiates the installation of the program.

Windows Internet Explorer
Choose the version of Windows Internet Explorer that corresponds to your operating system and follow the installation instructions.
The fastest and easiest way to handle this download is to select “Run” in the box that asks, “Do you want to run or save this file?” This will download the files needed and install the program in one step.
If you choose to save it, pay close attention to the next step, which is where your computer will save the file, this is the trickiest part to downloading software. REMEMBER where you save the file on your hard drive. Save the download file, preferably to your desktop so that you can find it, then find the file on your desktop and double click the file name to install the program.
