I derive my energy from working with students. Teaching English Composition is challenging and rewarding because I have seen how a student's self esteem can improve through development of writing and editing skills.


The two-year college movement is exciting and invigorating, and I believe in the importance of lifelong learning. I have appreciated my learning experiences as a teqacher and as a student during my twenty-six years of association with Oklahoma City Community College.

A humanities course exploring the relations between documentary films and human values.

Survey of English Literature (700 A.D.- 1789 A.D.) Fall 1997

This survey of British Literature includes literature from the beginnings of Anglo Saxon poetry to the beginnings of the Romantic Era. It is especially useful as a complement to the history of the English language.
