GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and martial arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you! (Class Limited to 25)
This class takes the participant through a series of cardio and strength training exercises with relatively brief rest intervals in between. The purpose is to keep the heart rate elevated near the aerobic level without dropping off to ensure fast, dramatic fitness results. Since the program is fast-paced and offers variety, it can be more interesting than a typical class that focuses on only one aspect (cardio or strength). (Class Limited to 25)
High-intensity, short-duration circuit training is a type of metabolic training that breaks the mold of traditional group exercise. Circuits consist of three to five compound exercises that challenge major upper- or lower-body muscle groups, as well as some type of cardiovascular interval for a complete workout. The circuits are structured using time or repetitions, and performed at an intensity level that creates a very high level of fatigue by the end of the circuit. Rest is self-selected.
PiYo speeds everything up--including your results--by introducing you to dynamic, flowing Pilates and Yoga sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.

Gain confidence through a defined set of martial arts techniques that have been proven for centuries! (Class limited to 15)

This class is a fun, interval style class in which participants will spend time on and off the bike. Participants that are new to cycle can benefit from a Tabata style of class because intense bursts of cycling are followed by short recovery periods and then followed by floor exercises. The floor excercises can be modified to include all ages and fitness levels. This class covers all bases by incorporating, cardio, core and strength work.
This class is grounded in ballet, jazz, and modern dance techniques at various levels. Previous dance training is suggested. The class format consists of a warm-up of foundational ballet movements, conditioning exercises pertinent to dance techniques, flexibility, and core strength, followed by dance combinations with various options for different levels. To try the class, wear clingy, lightweight attire, and bring socks or dance shoes.
