Oklahoma City Community College will open at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2015; this includes the main campus, Family and Community Education Center, Capitol Hill Center, and the Professional Development Institute (PDI). All classes and activities scheduled before 1:00 p.m. are canceled. 

Parking lots and sidewalks may be slick. Please dress appropriately for the cold weather. We encourage our students and staff to use their best judgment when coming to and leaving campus.

Campus closings and delayed openings will be announced through local radio and television stations and posted on the college’s website, Facebook and Twitter pages. They will also be announced through the college’s Campus Alert Notification (CAN) System.

Transcript Requests

Students may request transcripts in person with a photo ID, by email, by fax or by mail. There is no cost for transcripts to be mailed.

Students must use the Transcript Request Form and mail, email, or fax it to the number below.

OCCC does not fax official transcripts; however, unoffical transcripts can be sent via fax.  If you need an unofficial transcript faxed there is a $5.00 charge to send a fax long distance. This fee must be paid before any future official transcript can be sent out. The request for any long distance fax unofficial transcripts must be sent to OCCC in writing (by mail, email or fax) using the Transcript Request Form.

Submitting Transcripts to OCCC 

When submitting transcripts to OCCC from other schools, it is important to know that a transcript will be rejected and possibly returned by OCCC to the student and/or the school under any of the following conditions: 

  • The Registrar's seal and/or signature is missing. 
  • The official transcript is for the wrong student, or the name on the transcript differs from that on the transcript request form.
  • The official transcript is illegible.
