Never Attendance Reporting 

Enrolled students who do not demonstrate attendance within the add/drop period of the courses for which they are enrolled must be reported as Never Attend. These students will be administratively withdrawn from their course and receive an AW on their transcript. 

Faculty who report a student as Never Attend in error must obtain a yellow Never Attend Reinstatement form from their division in order to reinstate the student back into class.

Final Grade Reporting 

The Registrar's Office appreciates faculty cooperation in the timely reporting of final grades. Failure to report final grades by established deadlines can affect student's ability to graduate from OCCC, transfer to other institutions, and report satisfactory academic progress.
