Dr. Janet Perry


Director of Institutional Effectiveness

Dr. Janet Perry has been the Director of Institutional Effectiveness since 2005. As director, she spearheads the college’s research activities including: managing the graduate, employer, and student surveys; ensuring the administration and the Board of Regents is receiving accurate up-to-date information through the monitoring reports; and providing other pertinent data. She also leads the Higher Learning Commission’s accreditation efforts on campus. Janet is an HLC Institutional Actions Council (IAC) member, an HLC Peer Reviewer, an HLC AQIP reviewer, and works as a dissertation advisor of Nova Southeaster graduate students.

Liz joined the team in 2016.  She is responsible for developing data to support the College’s initiatives, analyzing research data and developing appropriate analytical findings, projections and trends for use in institutional decision making. This individual will use information from the College’s Datatel System, other colleges, regional and national data banks to generate the necessary data. Internal information will be developed using business objects.
