Black Student Association to host silent auction
The Black Student Association will host a silent auction from 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday, April 3. The auction is to raise money for the “Miss B.S.A.” scholarship pageant. Items will include dinner for two at Outback Steakhouse, a set of tires and gift baskets from area department stores. Environmental Club to host bake sale
The Environmental Club will host a bake sale from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday, April 3, in the Main Building. All proceeds will benefit Tiger Safari, an exotic animal refuge in Tuttle. The Environmental Club has weekly meetings from noon to 1 p.m., every Wednesday, in room 1C5 of the Main Building. Speaker to address Business Professionals of America
Joel Drury, a representative from the University of Central Oklahoma, will speak during a Brown Bag lunch series, hosted by Student Life and the Business Professionals of America, from noon to 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 4, in the College Union. Pharmacy Tech classes to begin
Pharmacy Tech I: Basic Prescriptions and Dispensing will begin Tuesday, April 4. The classes are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday evenings for eight weeks. Cost for the course is $350 and includes course materials. For more information, contact the Training Center at (405) 682-7562.
Medical ethics speaker to address Health Professionals

Native American Education week
The Native American Student Association will have a craft and bake sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, April 10, in CU3. The club will offer Indian tacos and will host the Oklahoma Fancy Dancers performance at noon, Wednesday, April 12, in the college union. In addition, Astronaut and keynote speaker John B. College Consortium to offer courses
The Downtown College Consortium will offer a landscaping course hosted by OSU-OKC. The class is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m., Friday, April 7, and continues each Friday in April. The cost is $40 for all four sessions. In addition, the consortium will host ”Smart Women Finish Rich” by speaker Teresa Malzhan from noon to 1 p.m., Friday, April 7. Annual Make It, Bake It, Sell It
The Faculty Association will sponsor thier annual Make It, Bake It, Sell It from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday, May 3, in the Main Building. Donations are needed for baked goods and other crafts.
