Black Belt

Cost avoidance, cost reduction and how to increase revenue - these are the tips recently acquired by Lean Sigma participants from the Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC) Professional Development Institute.

Join project managers as they deliver their Lean Sigma Black Belt Project Presentations, Monday, Nov. 25 from 1 to 3 p.m. in the John Massey Center, Room 131 on the campus of OCCC.

Participants from various businesses will discuss their industry-specific projects and share how they are positively impacting customer satisfaction and company profitability through the process of defining, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling.

Successful project managers are saving billions by improving productivity, reducing waste, variation and defects by learning and utilizing Lean Sigma. Furthermore, the Lean Sigma Black Belt certificate is one of the most sought-after credentials in business today as it helps businesses, managers and clients ask the right questions and get the right answers.
