Lean Sigma Black Belt

Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC) is set to host the Lean Sigma Black Belt Certification beginning Jan. 8 through May 21 on the OCCC main campus, 7777 S. May Avenue.

Enroll now and train to be a Lean Sigma Black Belt practitioner, skilled in quality improvement systems and tools. Learn to train, lead and support Lean Sigma problem-solving teams in measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling processes critical to both customer satisfaction and profitability. Lean Sigma Black Belt practitioner will generate an estimated return on investment (ROI) of two to four percent of an organization’s annual operating budget.

During the course, participants will gain critical skills in process improvement systems and quality control tools. Participants will also receive certification upon completing coursework and presenting a Black Belt level project.
