0.1M TRIS BUFFER, pH 7.5-8.0:

· Makes 1 liter; store at room temperature indefinitely

Instructions:

1. Dissolve 12.1g of Tris base (F.W. 121.14) in 800ml of distilled water

1. Once dissolved, continue stirring and adjust the pH by slowly adding 3M HCL; use 1.0M HCL as the pH standardizes close to the desired pH

2. When desired pH is reached, bring to volume of 1 liter
