SAMPLE PREPARATION BUFFER:

· Prepare 50mL of Sample Preparation Buffer; store tightly capped in refrigerator

Instructions:

1. In a 100mL flask, add 5g sucrose and 0.05g bromophenol blue

2. Add 40mL Laemmli buffer

3. Stir until dissolved

4. Adjust the volume to 50mL by adding Laemmli buffer

5. Pour into a 60mL plastic storage bottle
