SIMULATED SERA AND ANTISERA

• Prepare Simulated Sera and Antisera using dropper bottles as follows

Dropper bottles contained in 1 sandwich bag for a total of 6 sets in one kit

Instructions:

1. Human Serum (HS): Fill dropper bottle with 2M saturated CaCl₂

2. Unknown Serum (?S): Fill dropper bottle with 2M saturated CaCl₂

3. Dog Antiserum (DA): Fill dropper bottle with distilled water

4. Cat Antiserum (CA): Fill dropper bottle with distilled water

5. Rooster Antiserum (RA): Fill dropper bottle with distilled water

6. Human Antiserum (HA): Fill dropper bottle with 2M K₂HPO₄ or K₃HPO₄

7. Fill 0.5mL microcentrifuge tube with yellow food coloring

8. Fill 0.5mL microcentrifuge tube with blue food coloring
