2) Stir to dissolve.

3) Bring to total volume 1 liter with distilled water.

1X TBE BUFFER:

· Makes 1 liter; store at room temperature indefinitely.

Instructions:

1) Add 100ml of 10X TBE Buffer to 900ml distilled water.
