Campus Signage, Logo Use and Printing Procedures

Approval of design and layout of campus signage, including digital signage, wayfinding, posters, markers, signs, bulletins, etc., is the sole responsibility of the Marketing and Public Relations office. Students, faculty and staff will be required to receive written approval before posting any signage or ordering any signage that contains the college brand mark, logo or seal. All signage must conform to the college brand guidelines and use only the three approved college colors when printed in color.

The approved college logo and brand mark shall not be altered in any way, such as outlining, adding shadows, screening or rotating. Other art or type should not be added to the college logo or brand mark unless authorized by the Marketing and Public Relations Department.

OCCC Printing Services shall be utilized for all college printing, unless otherwise recommended by Marketing and Public Relations and/or Purchasing for outside vendor use.
